EFES Georgia is the Georgian subsidiary of EFES Breweries International (EBI), itself part of the Anadolu Efes group, which was founded in Turkey in 1969 and grew to become one of the largest beer producers in the region. Operating in Georgia under the legal entity JSC Lomisi, EFES Georgia has established itself as the undisputed market leader in beer and lemonade production in the country. The company produces both local and internationally licensed brands at its Georgian brewery, combining international brewing expertise with local heritage. EFES Georgia's portfolio spans local Georgian beer and lemonade brands alongside globally recognised names. Among the brands available through the company are Stella Artois, Corona, Leffe, Hoegaarden, Beck's, as well as Georgian staples such as Natakhtari and Karva. The brewery produces lagers and a range of other beer styles, reflecting EBI's broad international licensing relationships. A recent investment in a new glass bottling line has doubled the brewery's glass production capacity, underscoring the company's continued commitment to growth. EFES Georgia has been active in export markets since 2006 and currently exports beer and lemonade to 23 countries, demonstrating a reach well beyond the domestic Georgian market. As a subsidiary of Anadolu Efes, the brewery benefits from decades of accumulated brewing knowledge while serving both local consumers and international markets.
