Zillertal Pils is Austria's first Pilsner, brewed by the Zillertal Bier family in Zell am Ziller with over 500 years of brewing heritage spanning 16 generations. It combines tradition with careful craft, using fresh mountain spring water from the Zillertal, premium Austrian brewing malt from two-row summer barley, and the finest aroma hops from select growing regions. The beer presents a light golden colour with a lively, elegant character. The palate shows pale malt sweetness balanced by refined hop bitterness, with subtle citrus and herbal notes. The finish is clean and dry, true to classic Pilsner style. A refined expression of Tyrolean brewing tradition.
