Wispe Gefelivaccineerd is a characterful Tripel from Wispe Brewery in Weesp, Netherlands. At 7.6% ABV, this ale balances a soft malty foundation with refined hop bitterness and a dry finish. Subtle fruity notes emerge in the aftertaste, true to the style. Wispe brews in a converted church in Weesp, a town with a brewing heritage stretching back to 1333, when the Vecht river's clean water made it an ideal brewing centre. Three brothers—Jerrit, Jitze and Remko Vellenga—founded the brewery in 2009 to restore craft beer to the region.
