La 150° Weiss is an unfiltered wheat beer from Birra Menabrea, Italy's oldest operating brewery, established in 1846 in Biella, Piedmont. This top-fermented beer is made with barley malt, wheat malt and hops according to Menabrea's traditional recipe, using pure alpine water from the Biella foothills. The yeast remains in suspension, giving the beer its characteristic cloudy appearance. At 5.2% ABV, it delivers a balanced profile combining grain-forward maltiness with hop character.
