Black Sheep from White Pony Microbrewery emerged from a chance encounter: a dark, unruly sheep among the brewery's flock inspired the creation of this Imperial Stout. Brewed with ten malts and roasted barley, it delivers complexity through a creamy body. The nose reveals intense aromas of brown sugar, vanilla, and milk chocolate, balanced by distinct coffee bitterness and sourish grain notes. On the palate, layers of toffee, dried fruits, figs, and dates emerge without becoming cloying. The beer maintains its composure between sweet and bitter throughout.
