Birra Menabrea Rossa is an Italian red ale brewed by Menabrea in Biella using a secret recipe and bottom fermentation. The beer combines barley malt and maize with hand-selected hops, fermented with the brewery's proprietary yeast strain. The aroma is led by sweet caramel malt and bread-like notes. On the palate, malt and toffee take the lead, with hints of dark dried fruit and a clean, dry finish. Medium-bodied with bright carbonation and a smooth, balanced character throughout.
