Trekdrop is an Imperial Stout from Van Moll in Eindhoven that brings a playful Dutch twist to the style: the taste of traditional licorice candy. At 9.5% ABV, this robust beer blends dark malts (Pilsner, Brown, Munich, Crystal and Chocolate) with a distinctive salty, spiced licorice note alongside expected coffee and chocolate undertones.

The brewery crafted this beer using only malt, hops, water and fermentation products. Trekdrop was Van Moll's first major collaboration, carried to Bakewell, England in 2015 to share its authentic Dutch character. The beer is jet black (100 EBC) with measured bitterness at 36 IBU.
