Dreamcatcher is Van Moll's DDH Hazy IPA from Eindhoven, a beer that has made a triumphant return after a period away. The brewery employed three American hop varieties—Sabro, Mosaic and Talus—for a double dry-hop addition that creates a hazy, intensely fruity beer with restrained bitterness.

The glass reveals a floral and tropical aroma with apricot and mango notes. The palate is crisp and approachable, with distinct hop character that doesn't overpower. The finish is clean and dry, without lingering bitterness.
