Doerak is the flagship IPA from Brouwerij Van Moll in Eindhoven. This American-style IPA blends four different American hop varieties—Citra, Columbus, Mosaic, Simcoe and Sabro—into a playful, versatile bittersweet experience. The malt backbone of Pils, Biscuit, Munich and Crystal provides solid support.

The aroma is a dynamic interplay of tropical fruit, citrus and floral notes. On the palate, it balances pleasant fruitiness with a refined bitter finish, offering hints of lemon, grapefruit and spice. The mouthfeel is full and oily, with good texture that showcases the complexity of the four-hop blend.
