This dark, full-bodied beer blends roasted and caramelised malts into a complex profile with warm, wine-like character reminiscent of port or madeira. The nose reveals coffee and chocolate alongside fruity undertones. On the palate, sweet malt richness balances with subtle hop bitterness, complemented by notes of raisin and aniseed.
