Twels Pilsener from Us Heit takes its name from Uitwellingerga, the brewery's original location in Friesland, often shortened to 'Twel'. This golden-yellow pilsner is a traditionally brewed lager with a fresh, soft and distinctly pure taste. The refined hop aroma lends the beer a pleasant character. The Twels is a craft-brewed pilsner with balanced interplay between sweet malt and bitter hop notes. At 20 IBU and a light colour (10 EBC), it presents itself as a classic Dutch pilsner.
