Us Heit Twels Bokbier is a ruby red autumn bock from the Friesian brewery Us Heit, based in Uitwellingerga. This unfiltered bock is brewed using traditional methods with spring water, barley malt, hop cones, candy sugar and yeast. The aroma is light and centred on roasted malt. On the palate, dark malts dominate with clear caramel and roasted notes. The beer carries a full, malty body befitting a 6% ABV bock.
