Stereo Mono: Mosaic is the second release in To Øl's DDH Single Hop series, a Danish brewery dedicated to showcasing individual hop varieties. This hazy IPA at 6.8% ABV features a stripped-back grain bill of pale malt, wheat malt, chit malt and flaked oats, double dry hopped with Mosaic.

Mosaic hops deliver a mosaic of flavours: tropical fruit, citrus and a hint of pine. The beer pours hazy golden with a bright white, sticky head.

This is a straightforward IPA where the hop takes centre stage, free from elaborate malt layers. An ideal introduction to what Mosaic brings to the glass.
