The name draws from the local dialect word 'alderbastend'—meaning enormous or tremendous—fitting for this robust tripel. A complex blonde Belgian-style beer with distinctive spicy character and full, malty body. Fruity and lightly phenolic notes emerge, with citrus and banana in the aroma. The palate balances sweetness with subtle spice and a touch of bitterness, supported by the warming alcohol of 8.2%.
