Waggle Dance is a session IPA from The Sisters Brewery, a craft brewer based in Breukelen near Utrecht. At 4.4% ABV, this Dutch beer delivers hop character and spice in an approachable format. The name draws from the waggle dance—the figure-eight movement bees use to communicate nectar locations. A fitting metaphor for a hop-forward ale. The Sisters Brewery is run by siblings Annamijn and Josefien alongside their father Wilfran, each of their beers carrying its own philosophy and story. Waggle Dance combines hoppy and spicy notes with a soft mouthfeel. It represents the Dutch craft beer tradition where flavour and craftsmanship take centre stage.
