Stadsbrouwerij Wittenburg's take on a honey blonde ale, with delicate spring blossom and honey notes woven through an aromatic, gently sweet profile. At 5.5% ABV, it avoids excessive bitterness, finishing with a light sweetness that makes it an approachable choice for lighter fare—salads, poultry, white fish and soft cheeses all pair well. The brewery grew from a long-standing hobby on the estate of Jonkheer van Nispen van Sevenaer in Zevenaar. The Jonkheer series reflects that heritage, spanning styles from this fresh blonde through to tripel and stout.
