Mooi de Klos Barrel Aged Blackcurrant Plum Liquor is a Russian Imperial Stout from Stadsbrouwerij 013 in Tilburg, aged for 13 months on blackcurrant and plum liqueur casks. This is a full-bodied, intense stout where dark malts meet fruit and liqueur character from the barrel maturation.

In the glass, expect a deep, dark appearance. The aroma reveals coffee, roasted malt and bourbon notes, followed by plum and blackcurrant from the cask aging. On the palate, coffee and roasted character dominate, joined by cherry and plum. Malt bitterness provides structure and balances subtle sweetness.
