Haltá Ketti from Smiðjan Brugghús in Iceland is a Milkshake IPA combining creamy texture with bright fruit character. At 5.5% ABV, this beer marks the brewery's first canned release and employs kveik fermentation for distinctive flavour development. The beer pours hazy golden with a lasting white head. Aromatically, lactose, white grape, apricot and berries lead the way. On the palate, white grape, berry skin and passionfruit emerge with balanced sweetness and a crisp, fruity finish. The beer works well alongside lighter dishes including salads, poultry and white fish.
