Slaapmutske Christmas Glutenvrij is a dark brown Christmas beer from Brouwerij Slaapmutske in Melle, East Flanders. Brewed at 7.4% ABV with four different malts and aromatic hops, it undergoes bottle refermentation. The gluten-free process is carefully controlled during lagering, making this traditional Belgian Christmas beer accessible to all. It pours a deep brown colour with a thick white head. The aroma reveals malty character with caramel, roasted malt and subtle fruit notes. The palate is full and malty with sweet caramel undertones, bready qualities and a warm, bitter finish that lingers pleasantly.
