Atomic Torpedo is a West Coast Imperial IPA from Sierra Nevada Brewing Company, brewed with Cascade, Centennial, Magnum and Mosaic hops. This is the more powerful version of their renowned Torpedo Extra, scaled up for greater intensity and depth. The nose delivers explosive hop aromas: citrus, tropical fruit and pine. On the palate, hops dominate with a full, rounded body balanced by gentle malt sweetness. The finish is dry, with lingering hop bitterness. Sierra Nevada, founded in 1979, is considered one of the most influential American craft breweries of the modern era. Their iconic Pale Ale helped establish the hoppy American beer style on the global stage.
