Vermeersen Triple XXX is a classic Belgian tripel from the namesake brewery in Hulst, with roots tracing back to 1821 when De Halve Maan brewery was founded in the vaults of a former Recolette monastery. This pale gold, top-fermented beer at 8% alcohol presents a complex interplay of sweet, spicy and floral notes. The nose reveals malty and floral aromas with fruity yeast esters and subtle spice. On the palate, sweet malt character emerges, followed by a dry, slightly sticky bitter finish. An elegant expression of Belgian tripel craftsmanship.
