At 9% ABV, this potent winter beer draws inspiration from the 1597 Nova Zembla expedition, when explorer Gerrit de Veer documented how frozen beer sustained crews through Arctic conditions. The beer begins as SNAB's Ezelenbok, which is then concentrated through freezing to create a richer, more intense spirit.
