Schoemrakker Tjuster is a 7% Dubbel brewed in West-Terschelling using purified dune water from the island, barley malt, wheat malt, hops and yeast. The beer displays a clear orange-brown colour with a full, malty presence. The aroma reveals dark roasted malt, dark fruits and caramel notes. On the palate, these themes continue with roasted grain, nuts, caramel and a light bitterness. The yeast character adds depth and a full, fruity finish. A traditionally brewed beer that captures the essence of island brewing.
