Riedenburger Hefe-Weizen Michaeli Dunkel is a dark wheat beer from the organic brewery Riedenburger Brauhaus near Regensburg. Brewed with barley and wheat malt, this Dunkelweizen is bottle-conditioned for natural carbonation and character. The beer shows a hazy brown-chestnut colour topped with a persistent foam head. On the palate it unfolds soft and pleasant, with notes of banana, caramel and toffee balanced by gentle acidity.
