Kaventsmann is a Baltic Porter from Ratsherrn Brauerei, a Hamburg-based brewery located near the Sternschanze district. Brewed with fine hops and dark malts, plus three herbs added during production, this nearly black beer presents a full-bodied character. The aroma showcases roasted malt, chocolate and espresso, balanced by the assertive bitterness expected of the style. On the palate, sweetness and creaminess emerge alongside dark dried fruit, raisins and hints of vanilla and liquorice.
