Leevike is a spiced winter sour from Põhjala, the largest craft brewery in the Baltic states. Brewed with fermented cranberries, heather honey, toasted cinnamon and cloves, this beer balances warming spice with bright acidity.

The nose shows prominent cinnamon and clove notes alongside tart cranberry character. The palate is restrained compared to the aroma, but the sour backbone provides structure and complexity. Heather honey contributes subtle sweetness, while toasted spice notes and a dry finish complete the profile.
