Gone Camping is an ambitious Imperial Stout from Põhjala, brewed in collaboration with Lervig. This Cellar Series release spent 11 months maturing in rum, mezcal and Scotch casks, a process that builds deep, layered complexity. The result is a pitch-black, full-bodied stout with a velvety character.

Dark chocolate, oaky tannins and maple syrup mingle on the palate, joined by the warming influence of the three spirits. The finish is long and spicy, with lingering notes of chewy liquorice. The 11.5% ABV adds warmth without dominating the overall balance.
