Pohjala Glen Noble
Glen Noble is a collaboration between Estonian brewery Põhjala and Scotland's Tempest Brewing. This modern take on a traditional Scottish 160/- Shilling Ale is brewed with wildflower honey and aged in a blend of Glen Garioch and Auchentoshan whisky casks.
The nose reveals roasted notes, caramelised pecans and sticky toffee pudding aromas. On the palate, toasted bread, honey and marzipan esters give way to dark fruits—charred plums and raisins. The finish is warming and complex, with a creamy, full-bodied texture.
This is a serious sipper for contemplative moments, best enjoyed slowly in cooler seasons.
