Pime Öö PX is a commanding Imperial Stout from Põhjala, brewed to mark the darkest night of the year. This limited Cellar Series release is aged in freshly emptied Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, layering rich, complex character into every sip.

The nose opens with intense dark chocolate, coffee and caramel, followed by sherry and wood influence. On the palate, Pedro Ximénez dominates: luxuriously sweet, with dark fruit, raisin and wood notes supported by a full, creamy texture. The finish lingers long and warm, with echoing chocolate and fermentation notes.
