De Magistraat's Dikke Prins is a West Coast IPA that respects classical brewing without unnecessary embellishment. Dry-hopped with Citra and Mosaic, it develops fruity and floral aromatics. At 5.4% ABV, it delivers a full flavour with a pleasant, well-balanced bitterness that never overwhelms. The beer presents itself appealingly in the glass. On the palate, citrus fruit, tropical notes and subtle florals merge with a firm bitter finish. The overall character is crisp and approachable, never heavy-handed.
