Van Vollenhoven Bokbier from Brouwerij Poesiat & Kater is brewed following the late 19th-century tradition of De Gekroonde Valk. This bottom-fermented bock is built on a broad malt foundation of six different malts, achieving balance between sweetness and bitterness.

The beer displays a malty, lightly roasted character with notes of chocolate, dark bread and dried fruit. Caramel and mild roasty bitterness complete the profile. At 6.5% ABV and medium body, this is a classic Dutch bock that combines substance with restraint.
