Namazu is an ambitious stout from Amsterdam, originally brewed for Poesiat & Kater's annual Stout Fest. The name draws from Japanese mythology's legendary giant catfish—fitting for a beer designed to shake your world.

Built on a solid stout backbone, Poesiat & Kater added caramelized miso to deliver a deep umami character. Salt and caramel notes create a complex interplay between savory and sweet, anchored by an assertive 76 IBU bitterness.

At 7% alcohol with a full body, Namazu delivers warmth and texture. Best served at 8°C.
