Muuke #011 is a SMASH beer (Single Malt, Single Hop) from Amsterdam-based Brouwerij Poesiat & Kater. This experimental Pale Ale showcases the Mosaic hop exclusively, while keeping the same malt bill and yeast strain as other Muuke releases. The result is a tropical, juicy and sweet beer where hop character takes centre stage.

Mosaic dominates both aroma and flavour. This beer is part of the brewery's rotation series, designed to explore the distinctive qualities of individual hop varieties in their purest expression.
