O'Hara's Irish Stout is brewed by Carlow Brewing Company, an independent family-owned brewery established in 1996 in County Carlow, Ireland. This traditional Irish Dry Stout at 4.3% ABV is made from just four core ingredients: water, malt, hops and yeast. The beer pours pitch black with a creamy head. On the nose, espresso and dark chocolate dominate, while the palate delivers robust coffee and cocoa flavours with a dry finish. At 36 IBUs, the bitterness is moderate and well-integrated with the roasted grain character.
