Ninkasi Flower Lager is a craft lager from Lyon, born from an American micro-brewery concept that three young graduates brought to France in 1997. This floral beer stands out through the addition of acacia flower petals and honey, combined with Chinook and Styrian Golding hops. The result is a malty, refined lager with aromas of honey and cereal, balanced for pleasant, refreshing drinking. The brewery relocated in 2023 to a larger facility in Tarare, 45 km from Lyon, where production has modernized. At 6.5% ABV, Flower Lager offers an equilibrium between malt and subtle floral notes, making it suitable for any occasion.
