Ninkasi Blanche is a refreshing witbier from Ninkasi Fabriques, a craft brewery based in Lyon, France. Pale yellow with a subtle haze, this wheat beer delivers a vibrant aroma of grapefruit and citrus, layered with fruity and spicy notes. The palate opens dry before transitioning to lemony sweetness in the mid-palate. Fruitiness leads with a solid citrus hop presence, supported by wheat character and a hint of spice. Medium-bodied with excellent carbonation and an unfiltered, frothy texture, it finishes clean and dry with gentle bitterness.
