Mango no. 5 is a collaboration between French brewery Ninkasi Fabriques and Brazilian Cervejaria Colorado, brewed specially for Beery Christmas 2018. This Session IPA balances tropical fruit character with restrained hop bitterness. The aroma opens with mango, pineapple and citrus notes, layered with subtle floral and resinous hop tones. The palate is softly malty with hints of tropical fruit, avoiding heavy spice. The finish is clean and dry, with pleasant drinkability and a measured hop presence.
