Nickel Brook's Wicked Awesome IPA is a New England-style IPA bursting with tropical fruit character. Brewed with Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe hops and Vermont ale yeast, this hazy beer pours a deep golden colour. The aroma is generous: orange, tangerine and mango lead, with supporting notes of bready malt and a touch of peach. The palate delivers tropical and citrus hop flavours with a juicy, smooth mouthfeel enhanced by flaked oats in the grain bill. At 64 IBU, the bitterness is restrained and never harsh, allowing the fruit character to shine. Medium-bodied with good carbonation, it finishes dry without lingering bitterness—inviting another sip.
