Nevel Stoof is a sour ale from Nevel Artisan Ales, a sustainable wild brewery based in Nijmegen that specialised in fermented beers crafted with locally sourced, organic ingredients. At 7.8% ABV, this sour ale delivers a layered flavour profile with fruity and spiced character.

The brewery was known for wild fermentation techniques and creative use of heritage grains, foraged fruits, herbs and botanicals sourced from their own food forest. Though Nevel ceased production in 2024, Stoof exemplifies their unconventional approach to wild fermentation and sustainable brewing.
