Eem x Dok is a collaboration between two Dutch breweries that transformed a single 2000-litre base recipe into five distinct fruity variants. This full-bodied IPA at 7.5% ABV strikes a notable balance between malty depth and hoppy vitality. The beer appears hazy and reddish-brown with a generous beige head. Caramel and hoppy notes emerge in the aroma, while the palate delivers fruity and crisp character with a pleasant hoppy finish that lingers satisfyingly.
