Zuster Agatha Houtgerijpt from Muifelbrouwerij in Oss is a winter beer brewed once annually. This full-malt quadrupel is matured on wood chips, adding subtle wood notes that deepen the beer's rich character. At 10.5% ABV, it delivers a powerful yet refined experience.

The aroma reveals roasted malt, red fruit, and wood. On the palate, sweetness mingles with wood maturation influence, balanced by gentle bitterness. The finish is dry with a lingering sweet aftertaste.

The beer has earned multiple accolades, including Gold at the Brabants AllerLekkerste Bier 2024 and a Silver Medal at the Dutch Beer Challenge 2020.
