This masterful quadrupel at 10% alcohol presents a complex nose of fruit, raisins and lightly roasted malt. The grain bill blends Pilsner, Cara 120, Special B and Chocolate malt, balanced with Northern Brewer and Hallertau Herzbrucker hops.
