Matured for three years in Appleton rum casks, this 11% ABV beer marries robust abbey character with warm rum influence, delivering raisin, caramel and subtle alcohol warmth in a sophisticated whole. The nose reveals roasted malt, sweet apple notes and clear alcohol presence. On the palate, the beer is elegant yet assertive: crisp and prickling on the tongue, with a long, warming finish. Despite its strength, the texture remains relatively light, lending refinement to the overall expression.
