Muifel Messentrekker is a deep red ale from Muifelbrouwerij in Oss, Netherlands, brewed predominantly with English ingredients and hopped with English Fuggles. A top-fermenting beer that incorporates local cranberries during brewing, adding subtle sweetness to an otherwise balanced profile. Caramel malt forms the core flavour, complemented by floral and grassy hop character. Despite its light sweetness on the palate, the finish turns dry and crisp, creating an approachable yet complex drinking experience. At 6.5% ABV, it pairs well with lighter fare including salads, poultry and white fish.
