Solstice d'Été Framboise from Brasserie Dieu du Ciel is a Berliner Weisse brewed seasonally to celebrate summer. This sour wheat beer is made with raspberries and develops its distinctive tartness through a traditional Berlin method: the unboiled wort is allowed to sour naturally for several days, creating a lively, complex acidity.
