Browar Maryensztadt, a Polish craft brewery based near Warsaw, has been brewing since 2015. Freeky APA is their alcohol-free take on the American Pale Ale style, built with Cascade and Mosaic hops. The aroma leads with citrus, resinous and tropical fruit notes. On the palate, it strikes a well-balanced line between hop bitterness and subtle fruit character, with moderate bitterness and light body defining the experience. A genuinely drinkable, thirst-quenching ale that shows alcohol-free brewing need not compromise on flavour or personality.
