Maltgarden's Sleeping In Orchard is an Imperial Porter at 10% ABV, brewed in collaboration with Bierland and Ostecx Creative. This dark, opaque beer presents a dense, brown foam head when poured. The nose reveals sweet aromas with prominent notes of chocolate, coffee and cinnamon, supported by roasted malt character. On the palate, chocolate, apple, orange peel and cinnamon converge in a full, layered composition that opens sweetly and finishes with elegant restraint. This is a full-bodied, rich porter defined by its dark malt backbone and the refined addition of spice and citrus peel.
