Endless Summer is an Imperial IPA from Malandar Brewing, the craft brewery founded by Pablo Mora and Laia Giralt in Rota, Cádiz, Spain in 2016. At 9.8% ABV, this beer delivers a full, fruity experience with citrus, tropical notes and assertive hop bitterness. The brewery builds on carefully chosen ingredients: Pilsner, oats and wheat malt form the base, while Citra, Strata and Sabro hops shape the profile. Fruit Bowl yeast contributes the characteristic fruity ester character that defines the hazy style. Malandar is known for brewing with soul and attention to quality.
