Cookie Carnevale is an Imperial Pastry Stout from Malandar Brewing, the craft brewery based in Rota, Andalusia, Spain. This full-bodied dark beer at 9.4% ABV blends traditional stout depth with pastry-inspired flavours: crème brûlée, coconut and chocolate chip cookie. Lactose adds creaminess and subtle sweetness, while roasted malts provide dark chocolate and caramel backbone. The result is an indulgent, dessert-forward stout with warming alcohol presence and a smooth finish.
