Lowlander Poorter is a Dutch-brewed Porter drawing inspiration from the often-overlooked history of Dutch brewing tradition. Brewed in Amsterdam with botanicals including vanilla and licorice root, this 6% ABV beer reflects Lowlander's philosophy of combining classic brewing ingredients with natural botanicals. On the palate, roasted malt and bitter chocolate emerge alongside vanilla sweetness and coffee notes. The licorice adds roundness without heaviness, while piney hop bitterness provides structure. The finish lingers with toasted bread and espresso, leaving a dry, warming conclusion.
